Research Grants

  • The Safety in Spine Surgery Project funds physician-initiated research studies with the goal of finding new and innovative approaches to improve patient care and safety. As many as two grants are given out annually at a maximum of $10,000 each. Application Deadline: April 21 | Apply Here.

Young Surgeon Grant Programs

  • Korean American Spine Society: Residents, fellows, and early-career surgeons may apply for a travel grant to attend the 20th Annual Meeting of KASS, July 10–12, 2025. Grant winners can receive free registration, a partial hotel rebate, and $500 toward travel expenses. Applicants need not be of Korean descent to qualify | Apply here.
