The 18th International Congress will meet in the midst of the beautiful Sonoran Desert in Scottsdale, Arizona. Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission

The 18th Annual ICEOS is designed to enable surgeons, scientists, and researchers to present original clinical research results related to current or emerging techniques and technologies in Early Onset Scoliosis and the growing spine.

The Program Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for presentation within any of these categories:

  • Early Onset Scoliosis—General
  • Non-Operative Care
  • Distraction Based Surgery
  • Growth Guidance Surgery
  • Fusionless Surgery
  • Complications
  • Quality/Safety
  • Cervical Spine
  • Spondylolisthesis
  • Enabling Technologies

DATES AND DEADLINES

  • Call for Abstracts Opens: April 15, 2024
  • Call for Abstracts Closes: July 15, 2024
  • Authors Notified of results: August 26, 2024
  • Presenter Registration Deadline: September 30, 2024

Full details will be available in the submission portal. Only online submissions will be considered.

 

Registration

Meeting registration includes all program sessions, course materials, and meals listed in the program.

  • Surgeon: $975
  • PA/APN/Allied Health: $750
  • Fellows/Residents/Coordinators: $675
  • Abstract Presenters: –$100 Discount

Register early as the space may fill rapidly. Individuals who register after the course is full will be placed on a wait list and contacted if space becomes available.

Registration Policies:
  • Late Registration: Additional $150 fee applies for registrations received after October 14th and on-site.
  • Cancellations received in writing on or before October 14 will receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after October 14 will not be refunded. Contact Alison Matta at amatta@broad-water.com to cancel.

Deadline: It is recommended that participants book their hotel rooms as soon as possible, as space will fill rapidly. Reservations at the group rate may not be available after October 22, 2024 or if the room block is full.

Deposit & Cancellation: Valid credit card required on booking. Fee applies if cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival. An early departure fee of one night will be assessed unless Hotel is provided 24-hour advance notice of an earlier departure.
