Medical Attendee Registration includes all course materials, scientific sessions and workshops, Thursday reception, Friday and Saturday breakfasts, and Friday Annual Dinner.
Guest Registration includes Thursday reception, Friday and Saturday breakfasts, and Friday Annual Dinner.
Annual Meeting registration fees are combined with the KASS Annual Membership fee.
Corporate attendees must register with Val Broyles at vbroyles@broad-water.com and are limited to employees of supporting companies only.
Additional $75 fee applies for registrations received after June 11 and on-site.
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your registration for a full refund in the case of a documented medical emergency.
- Cancellation for other reasons: Full refund less $75 administrative fee if cancelled prior to June 11. No refunds after June 11, 2024.
- Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
