The Meeting will take place at The Grand Hyatt Vail. The group room block at the Grand Hyatt is closed, but there is an overflow block available at the Sebastian Hotel in Vail Village below. The Grand Hyatt runs a daily, complimentary, shuttle to and from Vail Village.

Reservation Procedure:
- Online: Please follow these instructions:
- Please visit www.thesebastianvail.com
- Click the “Check Availability” tab on the top right
- Select arrival date and departure date (please note that selected dates must be within your contracted dates)
- Enter group code 10G637 at bottom right
- Select “Apply Group”
- Click “Check Availability”
- Select “View Offers”
- “Broadwater 2024” will appear as the only option
- Select “Reserve” and proceed with booking
- Call: The hotel’s reservation department at (866) 708-2353 and ask for group code #10g637.
- Deadline to secure reservations is Friday, December 22nd.
