The course will be held at Grand Summit Hotel, Park City, Utah, a classic American West ski lodge with sophisticated amenities and elegant service.

Rates & Room Types
Our guest block at Grand Summit is a mix of standard guestrooms and spacious 1-bedroom condos. However, many 2-bedroom condos are also available at the rate of $499 p/night. If you’re booking for a family or group, be sure to call the hotel and ask what options are available.

To reserve a room, $49.00 is due at the time of booking, with 100% due 3 days before arrival. All payments are non-refundable.

Attendance
Register early! There is limited space available for this course. Individuals who register after the course is full will be placed on a wait list and contacted if space becomes available.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your registration for a full refund in case of health-related travel restrictions (from institution or state or federal government) or medical emergency.
- Cancellation for other reasons: Full refund less $150 administrative fee if cancelled prior to June 12. No refunds after June 12. Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
- In the unlikely event that health restrictions prevent us from holding the Summer Spine Symposium in person, 50% of registration fees will be refunded, and 50% of registration fees will be applied either to a virtual meeting, or to next year’s meeting.

Group Activities
We have planned an array of four summer activities for you to enjoy with your families and colleagues during the program’s open afternoons. You must sign up for these activities in advance of the meeting.
Summer Spine Symposium Challenge Cup
The Challenge Cup is officially full; contact Alison Matta to inquire about late entries.
Bring your best golf game to the Summer Spine Symposium as Cedars-Sinai alumni face off against Och Spine alumni in a hard-fought contest for glory. Not a member of either alumni group? You’re still welcome to play. Recognition will also be awarded for Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Lowest Gross, and Lowest Net.

Time: 10:40 am shotgun start; conclude by 4:00 pm
Location: Canyons Golf at Grand Summit (onsite, no transportation required)

Trap Shooting Expedition
The signup deadline for this activity has passed; contact Alison Matta to inquire about late registration.
Compete with a private group of colleagues on this all-inclusive excursion. Enjoy shooting clay pigeons at a rustic trap shooting range in Kamas, Utah, only 20 minutes from Park City. Transportation and lunch are provided. The range offers two motorized traps, one standard and one wobble, catering to amateur or advanced shooters. The best shooters will win glory for their program.

Whitewater Rafting Adventure

Bring the whole family on an expertly guided rafting adventure on the Weber River. With the first rapid only 50 yards below the put in, this excursion makes for an exciting half-day trip on a 13-foot Super Puma raft. Paddle through splashy, exciting Class II rapids with assistance from your experienced guide. Calm stretches provide opportunities to bask in the sun, search for wildlife, or start a water fight.

Horseback Mountain Trail Ride
Unwind in nature on a guided horseback tour over thousands of acres of secluded privately owned mountainland, enjoying the company of your well-mannered steed. You’ll experience the area’s natural, pristine alpine lakes, wildflower-laden meadows, rugged ridges, and expansive mountain views, and may even catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife from deer to elk and moose!

Return by 3:00 pm
