The course will be held at Grand Summit Hotel, Park City, Utah, a classic American West ski lodge with sophisticated amenities and elegant service.

Rates & Room Types
Our guest block at Grand Summit is a mix of standard guestrooms and spacious 1-bedroom condos. However, many 2-bedroom condos are also available at the rate of $499 p/night. If you’re booking for a family or group, be sure to call the hotel and ask what options are available.

Attendance
Register early! There is limited space available for this course. Individuals who register after the course is full will be placed on a wait list and contacted if space becomes available.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your registration for a full refund in case of health-related travel restrictions (from institution or state or federal government) or medical emergency.
- Cancellation for other reasons: Full refund less $150 administrative fee if cancelled prior to June 17. No refunds after June 17. Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
- In the unlikely event that health restrictions prevent us from holding the Summer Spine Symposium in person, 50% of registration fees will be refunded, and 50% of registration fees will be applied either to a virtual meeting, or to next year’s meeting.

Group Activities
We have planned an array of four summer activities for you to enjoy with your families and colleagues during the program’s open afternoons. You must sign up for these activities in advance of the meeting.
Summer Spine Golf Tournament
All golfers in attendance are invited to participate in the Summer Spine Golf Tournament, even if you’re not an alum of Cedars-Sinai Spine or Och Spine hospital. In addition to awarding the banner of victory to the winningest spine program, recognition will also be awarded for challenge holes and best scoring players. Questions? Contact Alison Matta.

Location: Canyons Golf at Grand Summit (onsite, no transportation required)

Day at the Range
Join your fellow Challenge Cup participants in an Archery and Trapshooting Round-Robin event at North Forty Ranch where you can test your aim for the glory of your spine program. Bonus! Enjoy a freshly-smoked BBQ meal prepared as you arrive for a full high west experience.

Mountain Biking
Enjoy mountain views on a guided mountain biking tour on a brand-new Scott Genius bike. Experienced guides show you the best trails, tailored to the level of the group. Includes helmet, transportation, water, and snacks.

Horseback Trail Ride

Time: 12:30 pm shuttle departure from Grand Summit Hotel (eat lunch before you go!)
Return by 3:00 pm
Age Limits: Ages 8 yrs. and up
Deadline: Sign up by July 15, 2024
Cost: $180 p/person | includes shuttle and all gear
- No cancellation after July 15, 2024
- If the required minimum of 10 participants is not met, others from outside the program may be included in this activity. Shuttles from the hotel will remain private to the group.
