Course Highlights
Cedars-Sinai Spine at Cedars Sinai and Och Spine at NewYork-Presbyterian are again collaborating to offer a reunion spine meeting, this year with special guest program Duke Spine! Held in beautiful Park City, Utah, this meeting will be a joint reunion for the fellows, former fellows, and colleagues of our programs. However, all practicing spine surgeons and fellows are invited to join us! We look forward to connecting with you and your families and anticipate a stimulating scientific program at the 3rd Annual Summer Spine Symposium. This outstanding meeting will feature:

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your registration for a full refund in case of health-related travel restrictions (from institution or state or federal government) or medical emergency.
- Cancellation for other reasons: Full refund less $150 administrative fee if cancelled prior by June 16, 2025. No refunds after June 16. Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
- In the unlikely event that health restrictions prevent us from holding the Summer Spine Symposium in person, 50% of registration fees will be refunded, and 50% of registration fees will be applied either to a virtual meeting, or to next year’s meeting.

The Summer Spine Symposium offers exciting optional group activities on Friday afternoon July 18, designed to let you and your family experience the best of mountain summer in Park City. In addition to planned group activities, Park City offers self-guided options such as hiking, shopping, and passes to the Utah Olympic Park.
Summer Spine Golf Tournament
All golfers in attendance are invited to participate in the Summer Spine Golf Tournament, competing on behalf of Cedars-Sinai, Och Spine, or Duke Spine. Participate to win Challenge Cup points and glory for your home program! In addition to awarding the banner of victory to the winningest spine program, recognition will also be awarded for challenge holes and best scoring players.
Cost: $225.00 p/golfer

Trap Shooting Challenge
Join your fellow Challenge Cup participants in a competitive trap shooting event hosted by All-Seasons Adventures where you can test your aim for the glory of your spine program. Transportation and lunch included.

Age Limits: Ages 12+
Fly Fishing
Fish with an experienced guide and exclusive access to rivers, streams and lakes in the Uinta National Forest. Angle for Grayling and Brook trout as you enjoy idyllic mountain views. Your license, gear, and all tackle will be provided for you. Transportation and lunch included.

Whitewater Rafting
Bring the whole family on an expertly guided rafting adventure on the Weber River. With the first rapid only 50 yards below the put in, this excursion makes for an exciting half-day trip. Paddle through splashy, exciting Class II rapids with assistance from your experienced guide. Calm stretches provide opportunities to bask in the sun, search for wildlife, or start a water fight. Transportation and lunch included.
